Do you accept trades?
Yes, we accept trades from most major watch brands. To begin the process, please complete our Sell & Trade-In form so we can evaluate your timepiece.
How do I sell my watch?
To sell your watch, simply fill out our Trade-In form. One of our associates will review your submission and contact you with next steps.
Is it safe to buy from a gray market dealer online?
We always recommend purchasing from a trusted and reputable source. We are proud to have served hundreds of satisfied clients and maintain strong reviews that reflect our commitment to authenticity and service.
How does shipping work?
All orders are shipped via priority overnight delivery and are fully insured for your protection.
How do deposits work?
A deposit is required to reserve your selected timepiece and is applied toward the final purchase price.
All deposits are final and non-cancellable, as each watch is reserved exclusively upon commitment and removed from availability.
For special orders or sourced timepieces, full or partial prepayment may be required. Once an order has been placed on your behalf, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
