The 5905R-001 combines Patek Philippe’s Annual Calendar complication with a flyback chronograph in a 42mm rose gold case. The watch is paired with a black alligator leather strap and matching rose gold buckle. Its brown dial gradually darkens toward the outer edge and features rose gold hands and hour markers. Three windows across the top display the day, date, and month, while the subdial at 6 o’clock tracks the chronograph minutes and includes a day and night indicator. The Annual Calendar automatically adjusts for months with 30 or 31 days and only requires correction once per year. Powering the 5905R-001 is Patek Philippe’s automatic Caliber CH 28-520 QA 24H movement, which features a column wheel flyback chronograph and offers approximately 45 to 55 hours of power reserve.
